Vacancies at Wave Training

ASSESSORS - PERMANENT OR FREELANCE - UK Only:

Wave are looking to recruit ASSESSORS (freelance or pemanent depending on location) to add to their current delivery team.

The right candidate must hold an Assessors Award (A1. D32/33). An IV qualification (V1, D34) would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience of assessing NVQ (or equivalent) students within Health and Social Care is essential.

Applicants should note that the successful candidate would be asked to apply for an enhanced disclosure.

Full-time Assessors will be paid sector leading rates, including car allowance and will be provided with appropriate support resources including a laptop.

Part-time/freelance staff are paid an attractive rate according to an agreed fee linked to a schedule during the agreed delivery period.

TRAINER/CONSULTANTS - FREELANCE - UK Only:

We are also looking to recruit experienced Trainer/Consultants in the fields of Care, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.

Successful candidates must have or be working towards a recognised professional teaching qualification (QTLS, Cert Ed or equivalent) and be willing to travel if required. Evidence of enhanced disclosure will also be required.

LECTURERS - UK Only:

We are currently seeking dynamic, experienced and qualified teachers to teach BTEC Health & Social Care at Level 3. We are also interested in individuals who are capable of teaching management on our dual award at Level 3 or 4.

These posts will be offered on a full time or part time basis.

Essential:

• You must have a teaching qualification and a minimum of 6 Months recent UK teaching experience.
• You will have the confidence and ability to hit the ground running and be available to start ASAP, and will be part of a dedicated committed and supportive team.

Desirable:

• That you have taught overseas students.
• That you hold an assessors qualification in Health and Social Care.
